Today Witness Against Torture announced a new book: There is a Man Under that Hood. The book collects highlights from eight years worth of anti-torture photography curated by Justin Norman and pairs it with Luke Nephew’s powerful poem, “There Is a Man Under That Hood”. The contents are bookended by a foreword from WAT’s Jeremy Varon, and an afterword written by Omar Farah, Senior Staff Attorney for the Center for Constitutional Rights. The 72-page book is available for pre-order in hardcover for $25. Release is set for January 10th, 2018. The proceeds will be used to further the human rights work of the creators.
